Before starting my own business, I worked as a project accountant for over a decade. This afforded me a great deal of experience in the arena of project accounting, financial projections, and corporate performance. Growing into new and complex roles was truly a motivating and rewarding experience.
However, the wealth of experience wasn’t the only thing I took from my time.
What I learned from working in corporate accounting was that I love to help people become informed and comfortable with their own finances. Knowing that I have armed someone with the knowledge and insight to control their financial future is an incredible feeling – and one that I look to inspire in anyone who has ever felt confused, frustrated, or overwhelmed by their finances.
I also understand that time is an incredibly valuable resource, and how financial frustration can easily eat into it. Helping clients establish a work-life balance through evaluation, goal setting, and bookkeeping is something that I’m truly passionate about. It’s a result that I want to inspire in those that are truly “tired of being tired” by their finances..
